We place great emphasis on the analysis of competition as well as the structure and floor plans of apartments. We always try to approach the sale of property from the point of view of the future home or apartment owner – we consider the functionality of the entire project and the subsequent convenience and pleasure of living in it. We were the first to introduce a standard height of 3 meters for the ground floors of houses (Konstancja Estate Phase II, designer: dip Biuro Projektów – redesign of Phase II according to the recommendations of Magnat Select). Our non-standard approach earned GTC S.A. the CEE Real Estate Quality Award for Phase II of Konstancja Estate.

We have been cooperating on the sale of Zlota 44 since 2012, first with Orco Poland, currently with BBI Development; our knowledge, experience and thorough understanding of the project has led to several lucrative sales.
